According to the proposal of the Member of Parliament Mr. Yadamini Gunawardena, under the leadership of the Western Province Governor Marshal of the Air Force Roshan Goonetileke, the three-storey building of Avissawella Presidential College was handed over to the students with the funding by the Western Provincial Council.
